BrewLan no longer works with current game Ver.

as title says unfortunately the game does not function with BrewLan enabled on the current version of the game.
If BrewLan is loaded in the mod cue and i start a game (map doesn't matter, factions don't matter, never go above 8 players but not even a solo game works, no AI MODS ARE ACTIVE) and it's stuck in a perpetual loading screen. (the faction affiliated warp effect screen plays on an endless loop.)
I let the game sit for an hour just to give it best chance at maybe a slow load up but to no avail. my three other regular playing buddies all have the same issue
i guess my question is has anyone found a fix for this?
