Holding ALT should disable the reclaim cursor

Situation: You have selected an engineer, you want to order it to attack-move to the closest trees, you hold ALT and right click, and... you accidentally ordered the engineer to reclaim a single tree because your cursor changed to reclaim and you hit a tree. Bad.

Is it a joke? As i know this is an old issue and everyone cure this by de-zooming till reclaim disappears.
