I can't connect to the lobby

There has never been such a problem before. Ice client constantly shows such data in any lobby. Sometimes it is possible to enter, but only with a couple of people there is a connection, and with the rest there is still no

Randomly fixed after 4 hours. Looks like its my ISP.
