Bug in ego/record/number

Hello
I was centinela1970 and I had a record/number of 1500 for unknown reason, my level is very low. After that, I lost too many games and the record doesn't go down.
I think the trouble was in a big update, I got this record and it looks like unalterable. I can't play with +1000 because they caught me and I can't play with 700-800 because I have they think I am good.
I would like to change the player but the smurfing is not allowed, for that I would like to reset my account. Can be possible?
