Issue with "notifications" mod

Hello everyone!
I found interesting UI mod called "notifications" created by Myxir.
It works as described except of not making sound while it has checkbox for playing sound when notification pops out.Anyone knows how to solve that problem or maybe how to contact the author? There was user Myxir in old forums, but cant find him here

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
